Ruth Ditch - Chief Executive Officer
Ruth Ditch is the Chief Executive Officer of Delta Square, Inc, a certified woman owned business.  Delta Square, headquartered in Rochester, NY, was founded in 1990 as a distribution company, and Ruth has grown the company into a Value Added Reseller with satellite offices in New Hampshire, Buffalo, and most recently, New York City.  Ruth's primary function as CEO is to oversee the company and foresee future changes in the market so we may be best able to serve our clients needs.

Dennis Ditch - President
Dennis Ditch has been President of Delta Square since he founded the Company with wife Ruth. He is responsible for daily operation of the sales part of Delta Square. This includes being Account Manager for several key accounts. The Delta Square emphasis on strong technical solutions comes from his engineering education at Cornell (BSEE ’66, MEE’67). The high customer satisfaction rating of Delta Square is rooted in his 40 years of sales experience. Dennis still finds a “white board” design session with customers is the best way to solve customer needs.

John T. Macca is the Vice President of Sales and Operations for our Northeast Region, mainly concentrating on the New York Metro area.  John brings 14+ years in high tech sales to Delta Square, and has most recently spent 4 years at Hitachi Data Systems managing the Sun relationship in the New York, New England, and New Jersey regions, as well as Telco and Finance Accounts Nationally.  He has an extensive knowledge base and credentials with many of our partners including Sun, Symantec/Veritas, StorageTek, ATL, and Cisco.

Scott manages the pre- and post-sales engineering efforts of Delta Square, Inc.  Mr. Leadley joined Delta Square in 1996.  Prior to joining Delta Square, Mr. Leadley spent 20 years as a numerical analyst, operating system programmer, system designer, and project manager.
